In real life, you ARE the trend.
Who says the real world and digital world have to be at war?
As a content marketing writer and strategist, I work with clients in architecture, engineering, construction, sustainability, and travel to find the stories that touch their audiences and connect them through case studies, ebooks, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer helped me unlock the superpower of human connection, bridging the gap between generations and backgrounds that often separate us. The latest gap? Our lives “in the real world” versus our lives online.

Unique Journey, Unique Skills
Authentic Human Connection
As Peace Corps Volunteers, we learned to identify connections and bond with others across languages, locations, cultures, and generations. Often, this involved a smattering of words from three languages and lots of hand gesturing. Now, I work with my clients to utilize the same skillset to connect them with their audiences online and in the real world.
Creative Problem Solving
Volunteering in a small, rural youth center meant working with very limited resources. This fostered creative solutions from using markers to teach colors in English to a homemade escape room to teach leadership. This out-of-the-box thinking allows my clients and I to do more with less, focusing on taking advantage of all they already have to offer.
Making the Complex Simple
Working in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry requires translating complex ideas into language that people across industries find relatable. By asking the right questions in meetings and interviews, my clients and I break down intimidating jargon and reveal the stories behind each drawing and door.
Building Community
In Morocco, integration and identifying community needs were my focus, I met a lot of people. Pretty soon, I was strategically introducing people who had lived in the same village their entire lives and never met, despite their shared interests and possible team potential. Today, I love partnering with my clients to introduce them to other opportune connections within my architecture, engineering, and construction network…and beyond!
Servant Leadership
Throughout the youth hiking program I co-led in Morocco, I often led from the back. I read the room and observed that the greatest overall success would come from me giving big-picture guidance while truly integrating with the group. Likewise, my clients and I collaborate on a shared project vision that my content creation then executes, seamlessly integrating into their overall marketing strategy.

Are you part of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry?
Do you struggle to reach your audience across backgrounds and generations?
Serving in the Peace Corps, learning to appeal to people of all ages, genders, and cultures was essential. From creating presentations for Moroccan middle schoolers through adults to creating daily Instagram posts for Americans to glimpse life in Morocco, I experimented and adapted to audience feedback. Let’s partner to use these skills to listen to each segment of your audience and meet them on their level.
Do you struggle to best leverage the unique skills of your employees?
One of my favorite parts of working together is leveraging team members’ stories. Through previous experience, I learned how to ask engineers the right interview questions to bring personality and faces to an industry often thought of as drawings and bricks, something we will leverage as we grow your social media engagement and thought leadership.
Does your marketing team lack the bandwidth to execute buzz-worthy social media campaigns?
Moving people to take action can be a tough challenge…and great opportunity. While seeking funding for a hiking club in Morocco, I capitalized on that opportunity, planning and executing a social media campaign that resulted in a video appeal and weekly progress reports.
Through mutual collaboration, we can identify and leverage the most opportune times to run creative, timely campaigns that align with your overall marketing goals. Like a jigsaw puzzle, I create pieces such as blog posts and info graphics to reveal a beautiful, one-of-a-kind campaign. Meanwhile, your in-house team can focus on maintaining day-to-day marketing excellence!

Yours + mine = unique ideas the world has never seen before! As we continue to adapt to the latest technology and social trends, one theme has been picking up steam — the need for unique content. By combining our creativity, we can create messaging and stories that are uniquely you, making you stand out in the crowd and algorithms.
Mutual Respect
The foundation of all strong relationships, I value everything my clients bring to the table and expect the same in return. This fosters open and clear communication, cutting down on costly misunderstandings and ensuring deliverables meet project expectations on both sides.
